SEN Sports Festival 2015
At the Mile End stadium on Monday 18th May 2015 Vallance CSA held their 7th annual Disability Sports Day Festival 2015. Even the rain in the morning didn't dampen the day. There were 109 registered participants who have a form of disability and aged from 8 up to senior.
On the day there was a Football and Cricket tournament and open taster sessions for Soft Golf,Boccia,Soft Tennis,Bike Riding and Electric Fencing. All the participants got a medal and the Organisation Create got a Cup for winning the Football tournament.
Vallance Project manager Junel Uddin said "This is a great team effort. We will like to thank our partners London Youth and funders City Bridge Trust and Wembley Stadium Trust. We had over 20 volunteers on the day making this a day to remember for the participants and the rain did not spoil it".
