On Friday 25th November 2016 all the Vallance FC coaches along with West Ham United Foundation took part in the New FA Coaching Structure Workshop. The FA recently re-designed the delivery of their Level 1 and 2 coaching courses, and is in the process of doing the same with the Level 3 and above. Some of the changes affect things like the delivery schedule, coaching placements, pre-requisites, and existing qualifications compared to the old format. This workshop was put on by the Tower Hamlets Sports Development team.
