We are seeking Future Talent

Future Talent is an innovative new response to the lack of a level playing field for young

people seeking work in London. The programme is focused on young Londoners from

BAME and economically disadvantaged backgrounds that are disproportionately affected

by poor job prospects.

Vallance is working in partnership with 10 community youth organisations across Newham, Tower

Hamlets, Lewisham and Lambeth, and we will support 320 young people aged 14-18 to

become more job ready over a two-year period. Our target is to engage with 75% BAME

participants; and 75% from a low socio-economic status.

Vallance launched the programme at the beginning of January 2020 and have got 20 local young people signed on.
